Our products

Basic Salad Mix

A mild flavored and colorful combination of Organic microgreens. Contains the Organic seed types of Waltham 29 Broccoli, Vates Blue Scotch Curled Kale, Purple Vienna Kohlrabi, Slow Bolt Arugula & Red Acre Cabbage.

Spicy Salad Mix

A flavorful and colorful combination of microgreens that grow well together. Contains: Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Red Cabbage & Mustard for an extra kick.

Daikon Radish

Radish microgreens are substantial and crunchy, and taste exactly like a radish. Makes a great garnish or addition to any salad or sandwich. Use sparingly for a radish accent.

Celery Microgreens

Celery microgreens boast essential minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc as well as Vitamins A (beta-carotene), B Complex, E, and K. Similar to chives and cilantro microgreens, celery microgreens are always great for fresh culinary use, boasting brighter and more concentrated flavors than full grown herbs and vegetables.

Rambo Radish

Rambo radish is another striking radish that boasts the same wonderful dark cotyledons as Sango radish. The rosy stems and bright floral flavor add both a tasty and spicy flair. Use instead of sliced radish anywhere you would normally use radish.

Cantaloupe Microgreens

Cantaloupe melon microgreens are a surprisingly delicious microgreen. The flavor of these melon microgreens will surprise you with a big sweet melon flavor with none to little rind bitterness.
